Key Responsibilities:

The Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in achieving high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in guest rooms. Your duties include:

  1. Cleaning assigned guest rooms and replenishing supplies according to established quality standards.
  2. Responding courteously to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  3. Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  4. Maintaining inventory on the housekeeping cart and requesting additional supplies as necessary.
  5. Assisting in laundry tasks as needed.
  6. Participating in deep cleaning projects and other special assignments as directed.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A familiarity with safety and security protocols and the ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely.
  • The ability to read and comprehend written instructions for housekeeping tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Work Environment:
This position is based in a hotel setting, utilizing standard housekeeping equipment and exposure to cleaning chemicals. The role primarily involves indoor work.
