Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating access to an extensive and varied selection of hybrid products.
- Tailoring comprehensive acre recommendations to meet customer needs.
- Identifying, nurturing, and leading a network of professional resellers.
- Engaging in consultative selling, establishing credibility and trust with clients.
- Delivering targeted plans and proposals to customers through selected distribution partners.
- Generating interest at the customer level, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings and are engaged with Syngenta solutions.
- Guiding Seed Advisors on optimal product placement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Overseeing the operational budget, variable selling costs, and marketing resources in accordance with district guidelines.
- Formulating a business strategy for the territory and individual Seed Advisor plans that pinpoint specific opportunities and strategies to boost sales.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field, or a degree in another discipline with substantial experience in the agricultural sector.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales or sales leadership, with a preference for candidates with agricultural sales experience.
- Strong customer orientation and proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
- Candidate must reside within the designated territory.
