Responsibilities and Qualifications
Build a Successful Career in Sales
We're seeking an enthusiastic and friendly professional to join our team as a New Home Sales Representative in the Cleveland, OH area. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling and promoting Drees Homes' Build on Your Lot program. This program allows customers to build their dream home from our award-winning portfolio, right on their lot or a location of their choice. Our team will guide and support customers throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team. A background in homebuilding or sales is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the company's product in a manner consistent with company policy and at a volume that meets or exceeds set quotas.
- Understand and utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies.
- Establish Realtor relations through marketing, frequent office visits, phone, and e-mail follow-up.
- Attend or host events.
- Display a thorough knowledge of the company's product lines.
- Assist customers with selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Strong closing skills and independent and self-starter.
- Homebuilding process knowledge preferred.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Above Average Typing Skills.
- Successful sales experience required.
- At least 2 years prior new home sales experience required.
- Associates Degree required, in a related field is ideal.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, in a related field is ideal.
This is a 100% commission opportunity with excellent earning potential and a comprehensive benefit package including profit sharing & 401(k) plans.
