Hireology is seeking a skilled Technical Support Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for supporting our internal support queue and ensuring our Customer Care team operates efficiently and effectively for our customers.

Key responsibilities include managing email, phone, and chat KPIs for our Customer Care team, acting as the main point of contact between Customer Success, Product, and external vendors, and growing and maintaining our internal documentation around ATS, non-ATS, and vendor knowledge.
