ROLE SUMMARY

The Seafood Processor will play a crucial role in the efficient preparation of fish at various stages of production. Responsibilities include breaking down whole fish and preparing portions for culinary use, requiring prior experience in fish processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Processes fish by scaling, gutting, and filleting for distribution to food service establishments and grocery stores.
  • Packages and wraps fish for customer delivery or storage.
  • Follows company protocols on Food Safety, HACCP, and overall safety standards.
  • Participates in monthly inventory checks of fresh seafood.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Tuberculosis clearance.
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential.
