Employee Conduct
This position is non-union. The Retail Operations Specialist will oversee various aspects of the store. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and leadership skills, along with a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude. Physical Requirements
The physical demands of this role include:
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and carry products for customer service and inventory management.
- Capability to lift boxes and other store-related items.
- Regular maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs safely.
- Comfort with climbing ladders.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time role requiring open availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Typical working hours may vary.
