  • Provide mentorship and technical support to Project Leaders and Designers.
  • Administer line extension agreements and direct project teams.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts for various project needs.
  • Contribute to personnel recommendations and team performance evaluations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of gas and electric systems, including design and construction principles.
  • Strong public relations skills to foster relationships with customers and community leaders.
  • Ability to interpret industry standards and regulations effectively.
  • Experience in outage coordination and project management.
  • Proficient in contract administration and utility policies.
  • Demonstrated decision-making capabilities with a focus on teamwork and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in project management or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience in utility design or construction.

Licenses and Certifications:

Valid driver's license required.
