Job Description

As an Insurance Account Representative for Edgar Collins - State Farm Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. We seek a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation and ability to work in a team environment
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license
  • Bachelor's degree required
