Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Asante's policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and outcomes, including medication therapy management and clinical services.
- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Manage and oversee the pharmacy budget, ensuring financial viability and sustainability.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
- 2 years of pharmacy supervisory experience or equivalent required.
- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) licensure by the Oregon Board of Pharmacy required.
