Position Summary


As a Guest Services Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to all members and visitors through professional interactions, account management, and comprehensive knowledge of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness offerings.

You will proactively address member inquiries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist members in a courteous and professional manner at all times
  • Respond promptly and attentively to member requests
  • Verify member access by scanning membership cards and address any inquiries regarding their accounts
  • Process financial transactions for members, including payments for programs, services, and products
  • Collect and relay member documentation, such as address updates, electronic funds transfers, and payments
  • Ensure all incoming calls are handled professionally and directed to the appropriate personnel

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • At least six months of experience in customer service is preferred
  • A minimum of six months of experience in a reception role is preferred
