Job Title: Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Guest Service Representative to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. in Chicago, IL.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site position that requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience, greeting tenants and visitors, and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Courteously greet all tenants and visitors to the reception desk
  • Sign in all authorized visitors according to policies, rules, and regulations
  • Contact tenants in a courteous and professional manner when a guest is not pre-registered
  • Provide excellent service to all guests arriving at the building
  • Process visitors' information and provide a visitor badge
  • Provide access to visitors for tenant and non-tenant group events, as needed
  • Answer tenant phone calls and emails for assistance throughout the day
  • Provide guidance and information as requested from tenants
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications and the Internet
