Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing Manager to join our team at Experis, a Manpower Group Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring financial metrics, analyzing production yield, and driving site efficiency to meet optimal financial results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor plant results vs. budget and local cost metrics trends
  • Quantify and measure financial returns vs. production forecast in collaboration with Planning
  • Collaborate with the local Accounting/Finance department on daily reports
  • Drive site efficiency by providing guidance to Plant Managers and Supervisors on cost targets and standards
  • Monitor and analyze production yield, down-time, and labor, reporting weekly on attainment and KPIs with trends
  • Work closely with operations and warehousing leadership to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions and reporting
  • Support and lead the coordination of internal and external financial and operational audits
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of financial analysis and operations management. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
