  • Quality Assurance and Facility Maintenance:
    • Establish quality assurance standards and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of construction projects.
    • Develop preventive maintenance programs and sustainability initiatives to enhance the longevity and operational efficiency of district facilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the K-12 education sector or similar public sector environment.
  • Skills and Licenses: Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale capital projects. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
