Job Title: Director, Capital Markets

PosiGen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Capital Markets to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and capital markets initiatives to support the company's growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to raise tax equity and debt project capital, including origination, structuring, and closing transactions.
  • Lead project finance transactions from origination to close, including detailed tax equity modeling and analysis.
  • Engage in analytical projects to drive business decision-making and identify strategic investment opportunities.
  • Partner with accounting and asset management teams to transition closed deals to the post-execution phase.
  • Manage relationships with ongoing tax equity partners and identify follow-on investment opportunities.
Requirements:
  • MBA or equivalent preferred; Bachelor's degree in finance or similar required.
  • 2+ years of experience in raising tax equity and debt project capital, preferably with an investment bank, private equity firm, or project developer.
  • High degree of familiarity with Excel modeling and strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience working with renewable energy companies and tax structuring.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision makers.
