Job Overview

Burrow Global, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Capital Project Manager to join our team at a petrochemical facility in the Pasadena, TX area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing infrastructure, maintenance, and reliability capital projects in a Chemical Plant or Refinery setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of capital projects from early design through turnover to operations, ensuring cost, schedule, and scope objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage accurate cost budgets, estimates, and forecasts for assigned projects.
  • Provide clear and accurate scopes of work and construction packages, including documentation.
  • Ensure all project documentation is completed and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion, holding self and team members accountable for project deliverables.
  • Manage risks and facilitate safety and constructability reviews.
  • Communicate and resolve technical and commercial issues related to project objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management in the Chemical and/or Refining industry.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • PMP or other certifications in Project Management (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or institution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle ERP systems experience.
  • Self-starter with effective management of multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
  • Team player with ability to leverage each member's role and responsibilities.
  • Active TWIC Card.
