Job Title: Account Director

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team at LaForce. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing multiple large-scale accounts and account teams, serving as a key client contact, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead multiple large-scale accounts and account teams
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 7-8+ years of agency experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and managing large-scale accounts
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Strong understanding of the luxury brand market
