About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavioral Therapist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with children and families to provide evidence-based behavioral interventions and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 home-based behavioral services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Support client's caregivers through a variety of methods, including training and education.
  • Participate in regular trainings and clinical supervision to ensure the highest level of care and support.
  • Document each session through clinical notes and data collection.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience working with children and families with developmental disabilities preferred.
