About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Compass Behavioral Group. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in your community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 home-based ABA services for youth under the age of 21 with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Support client's caregivers through a variety of methods, including training and clinical supervision.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical skill development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Document each session through clinical notes and data collection.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
