About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching sales associates to deliver outstanding hospitality and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement
  • Oversee all activities occurring in the vehicle showroom and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Forecast sales and compile reports for dealership management to review
  • Manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager at a franchise dealership or 7 years in an F&I or Floor Manager role
  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing employees
  • Ability to effectively manage time to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong desire to succeed and drive results
  • Focus on providing all customers with an exceptional experience
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
  • Complete understanding of how to desk subprime car deals as well as prime deals
  • Solid sales competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to read and understand manufacture statements, F&I statements, and financial statements
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to solving complex problems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Outgoing and positive attitude
  • Knowledge of inventory control and management
