Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Pivotal Health Care. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our senior living community and attract new residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a lead database and records, including contact information and source information.
  • Complete and submit census and marketing reports as requested.
  • Maintain a competitive analysis of the local market for senior care options.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing plan to promote our community and attract new residents.
  • Manage a budget and track expenses as requested.
  • Develop and execute marketing events to bring in new prospective residents.
  • Capture detailed lists of names and contact information of potential residents who attend marketing events.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current residents to encourage resident referrals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local market for senior care options.
  • Closing sales and ensuring accurate information is given to clients and future residents.
  • Promote and maintain a favorable public image and participate in community affairs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the senior living industry.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
