Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Searchlogic Recruiting, LLC. This role will provide administrative support to our Controller and assist with various tasks, including light accounting duties and contracts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including reception work and phone calls
  • Process invoices and cash applications
  • Assist with contracts management and project work as assigned
  • Provide administrative support to the Controller and other team members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or related industry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
