About the Role:
The Project Administrator III provides administrative support for projects/programs within an assigned Region or Division and performs general office duties.
This role will engage in a variety of office services activities including support of payroll, procurement, work orders, onsite resource management and coordinating large scale initiatives.
The Project Administrator III will have an acute understanding of H&M business components and implications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering, inputting and tracking project related data
- Creating and maintaining relevant spreadsheets and preparing reports and contract related documents
- Aiding in ensuring that team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships are consistent with high-performance requirements and congruent with the company's strategy
- Leading by example in an environment that fosters trust and candor, maintaining personal accountability, and communicating assertively and constructively
- Identifying and researching data issues, while reporting data concerns with recommendations for resolution
Requirements:
- General office administration experience
- Experienced in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Exposure to construction or utility field office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Broad problem-solving skills
