Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Project Coordinator to join our team at Language Link. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating translation projects, facilitating vendor relationships, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate translation projects, including resource allocation and collaboration
  • Maintain and adhere to project schedules and timelines
  • Facilitate relationships with vendors and team members
  • Perform quality assurance checks on translated material

Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to follow verbal directions
  • Ability to deal with frequent change and unexpected events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and its applications
  • Experience with QA/QC/Final proofing
  • Ability to speak/read/write multiple languages

Position Details:

Location: Remote, International

Contract Duration: Mid-July to Mid-Late October

Contract/Task Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
