Customer Loyalty Expert

Fitch Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Loyalty Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering customer loyalty, identifying expansion opportunities, and working closely with our sales team to drive revenue growth.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic role that requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with key decision-makers. As a Customer Loyalty Expert, you will work closely with our sales team to develop strategic plans to drive retention and growth within your assigned territory. Your goal will be to ensure maximum value delivery to customers, leveraging all Fitch Solutions products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Foster customer loyalty and identify expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work closely with the sales team to leverage Fitch Solutions' products and services
Requirements:
- 3+ years of client-facing experience in financial services or a related field
- Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the business landscape
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
