Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment USA. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our heavy vocational trucks and equipment throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including government agencies, contractors, and municipalities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to provide administrative and customer support
  • Work effectively with the service and parts teams to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Attend industry events, training, and tradeshows to stay up-to-date on our products and industry trends
  • Prepare forecasts and reports related to your territory and sales performance
  • Utilize our CRM system to capture customer and sales data
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Experience in a sales position, preferably in the heavy equipment or heavy truck industry
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
  • Ability to travel and work within a flexible schedule as required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
