Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including government agencies, contractors, and municipalities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to provide administrative and customer support
- Work effectively with the service and parts teams to provide a seamless customer experience
- Attend industry events, training, and tradeshows to stay up-to-date on our products and industry trends
- Prepare forecasts and reports related to your territory and sales performance
- Utilize our CRM system to capture customer and sales data
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Experience in a sales position, preferably in the heavy equipment or heavy truck industry
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs
- Ability to travel and work within a flexible schedule as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
