**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a utility or related industry
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software
