Position Overview:

The Order Processing Specialist provides exceptional customer service through prompt and precise order entry and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter a significant volume of orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on quality and precision.
  • Assist the Sales team, internal departments, and clients by performing various tasks such as order entry, modifications, pricing validation, product management, account updates, and payment processing.
  • Conduct necessary audits on incoming orders to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
  • Establish new accounts, contracts, and purchase orders; maintain a customer database; prepare reports; and conduct account reconciliations as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with interdepartmental personnel to ensure timely and accurate workflow.
  • Provide confirmations of completed orders back to the relevant parties.
  • Engage in the order entry call queue to support sales personnel with urgent orders while they are in the field.
  • Offer consistent feedback to management aimed at fostering continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by geographic location, job-related skills, experience, education, and certifications.
