Job Description :

  • The Procurement Operations Processor will primarily work closely with the supply chain analyst and warehouse to smoothly integrate the purchase order processes using advanced Excel functions.
  • SAP/Ariba and Pharmaceutical/Medical Device experience.
  • Creates purchase requisition and processes purchase orders, in accordance with documented processes.
  • Reporting into the head of Facilities, the Procurement Operations Processor will input data for purchase orders for procurement of goods, supplies, services and contracts across non-GMP departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize procurement processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to the procurement team in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
