Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Real Estate Legal Counsel to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, along with a commitment to representing our clients' interests. The Real Estate Legal Counsel will engage in legal research, document preparation, case oversight, and client engagement under the mentorship of senior attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and present findings to senior attorneys
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
  • Support case management efforts and maintain client communication
  • Engage in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client representation
  • Stay updated on legal trends pertinent to the firm
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing
  • A minimum of 3 years of legal practice, ideally in real estate law (A BOOK OF BUSINESS IS REQUIRED)
  • Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Proven attention to detail and effective multitasking skills
