We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team of trial lawyers at The Halks Firm, Newton's Top-Ranked Family Law Firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic relations with a minimum of five years of experience in contested and complex litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, and property division.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and excellent client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and procedure to provide expert guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to connect with clients and build strong relationships.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with drafting pleadings, discovery, and financial statements.

What We Offer:

  • A strong base salary of $140,000.00 per year.
  • Origination commission and bonus opportunities.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Work location: In person at our office in Newton.
