We are in search of a highly proficient, bilingual (English/Spanish) Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience to become part of our energetic team. This position demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can excel in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support attorneys in all facets of litigation, including case management, legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for trials and hearings.
  • Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis on various labor and employment law matters.
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and other stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish as required.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing witness lists, and creating trial binders.
  • Ensure adherence to court deadlines and procedural requirements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation, particularly in labor and employment law.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a client-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
