Role Responsibilities:

Classroom Leadership:
Collaborate closely with educators to create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere where children can explore, learn, and thrive.

Curriculum Implementation:
Assist educators in executing our unique L.E.A.P. Curriculum, tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children.

Safety First:
Always prioritize a secure and nurturing environment where children can flourish.

Family Communication:


Support educators in consistently updating families on their child's progress and achievements, utilizing a combination of mobile applications and face-to-face conversations.


Center Collaboration:
Be a cooperative team member. Work alongside center staff and leadership to achieve retention, enrollment, and engagement objectives.

Relationship Builder:
Develop warm connections with families and colleagues, creating a space where learning and play harmoniously coexist.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
High School Diploma/GED required. Early Childhood Education coursework preferred.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Experience:
Previous experience in childcare or a demonstrated passion for early childhood education is preferred.

State Compliance:
Must adhere to state-specific guidelines for the role.
Comply with state and federal regulations, including performance levels, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.

Caregiving Skills:
Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate potential risks in a childcare environment.


Ensure children's safety and meet their daily needs, which may include diapering, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

Encourage and model positive social skills, such as effective communication and conflict resolution.

Keep children active, entertained, and engaged in age-appropriate activities.

Exhibit high levels of patience, professionalism, and composure at all times.

Physical Resilience:

Demonstrates full range of motion to:
Stand and walk for extended periods without significant discomfort.

Safely lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.

Reach and stretch with hands and arms.

Climb or balance as necessary.

Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as required.

Utilize a stool or ladder to access high places when necessary.

Ability to supervise children by sight and sound.


Most days, employees will work outdoors in varying temperatures.

Maintain mental and physical alertness and energy levels necessary to perform essential job functions.
