The Administrative Coordinator will report directly to and assist the President of Jiffy Trip by delivering a comprehensive range of administrative services in a professional and efficient manner.
This role encompasses managing travel logistics, coordinating meeting agendas, handling pickups and deliveries as necessary, preparing for staff meetings and events, facilitating office projects, and processing legal documents for the organization.
The ideal candidate must be well-organized, detail-oriented, uphold a high standard of ethical conduct, and thrive in the dynamic environment of supporting the President.
Additionally, the right individual should be capable of working autonomously with minimal oversight. This is a part-time role, requiring 25-30 hours per week.Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree is preferred. Previous experience as an Administrative Coordinator supporting high-level executives such as a CEO, COO, CFO, EVP, or Company President is advantageous. Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is beneficial but not mandatory.
Key Attributes of Successful Candidates:
Excellent computer proficiency. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks. Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is a plus. Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism. Proven capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adapting to shifting priorities.
