Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our team at one of our esteemed hospital partners. As a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide patient-focused care to critically ill patients with respiratory and cardiac conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in pulmonary and critical care medicine
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine
- Current licensure to practice medicine in the state of Oklahoma
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- $425K base salary + RVU bonus structure
- Minimum $100K signing bonus
- Monthly stipend for fellowship completion
