Bell Laboratories Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and administering pre-employment tests.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, process new hire paperwork, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee events, maintain the uniform program, and ensure that all employees have access to necessary resources and information.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide monthly reports on new hires, employee turnover, and other key HR metrics.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned by the HR Manager, including data entry, research, and other administrative tasks.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.
- Experience: One to two years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HRIS databases, and ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
