Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and administering pre-employment tests.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files, process new hire paperwork, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Coordinate employee events, maintain the uniform program, and ensure that all employees have access to necessary resources and information.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide monthly reports on new hires, employee turnover, and other key HR metrics.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned by the HR Manager, including data entry, research, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.
  • Experience: One to two years of experience in a human resources or administrative role.
