Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to fill the role of Store Associate. This position is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with various needs.

Location: Bend, OR

Compensation: $18 - $19 per hour

Schedule: Flexible hours available, Monday through Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and fulfilling needs related to shipping, printing, faxing, scanning, and more.
  • Engage customers to promote and sell local products available in the store.
  • Maintain accuracy in all transactions with a keen attention to detail.
  • Utilize computer skills to operate various equipment, including computers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Foster a positive atmosphere by upholding a customer-focused attitude.
  • Provide Notary services as required.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong typing skills and familiarity with shipping processes are preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Comfortable using technology and various equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift items up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Willingness to remain on your feet throughout the shift.
