Site Superintendent Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Site Superintendent to lead our complex projects in the data center and healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in overseeing large-scale, high-value construction initiatives.
About the Role:
- Manage on-site operations for multifaceted construction projects, with a focus on data centers and medical facilities.
- Orchestrate the efforts of diverse subcontractor teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Implement and uphold stringent safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Liaise effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory bodies.
- Utilize advanced construction management software to streamline project workflows.
- Maintain meticulous records and provide regular, comprehensive progress reports.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track and within budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data center construction projects.
- Proven track record managing hospital or medical facility projects valued at $10 million or more.
- Demonstrated skill in utilizing advanced project management platforms and digital tools commonly employed in the construction industry.
- Strong command of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make swift, informed decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
