Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in research and consultation, completing thorough analyses of fraud and claims transactions, policy breaches, and atypical situations that carry moderate to high risk.
  • Spot opportunities for in-depth examinations to uncover patterns, trends, anomalies, and schemes across various transactions and relationships within multiple sectors.
  • Conduct investigative research utilizing appropriate techniques and exercise independent judgment to analyze risk data, providing insights and recommendations for fraud and claims strategies.
  • Deliver recommendations aimed at mitigating fraud risks, addressing control failures in banking processes and procedures, and resolving more complex cases.
  • Utilize independent judgment while enhancing knowledge in projects and initiatives, or specialize in specific types of fraud and claims.
  • Collaborate and consult with management, business partners, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Fraud, Fraud Investigations, Claims Transactions, Policy Violations, Risk Management, or Compliance, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or higher.
  • Experience with Treasury Management products and services.
  • Background in fraud investigations.
  • Experience in processing, researching, and/or investigating digital payments (wire and ACH transactions) and Cyber Fraud.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent research and documentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with Actimize, Hogan, and Service View.
Job Expectations:
  • Position schedule is Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM Pacific Time (PT).
  • This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.
