- Develop and implement departmental goals and strategies to shape the future of women's services.
- Mentor and grow team members through hiring, training, and continuous education.
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives, integrate evidence-based practices, and foster a culture of professional growth.
- Registered Nurse (KY License) with a minimum of an Associate Degree (Bachelors preferred).
- AWHONN Certification in women's health.
- Critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate challenges with confidence and minimal supervision.
- Calm and composed under pressure, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS and NRP certifications.
