About the Role
\As a Hospice Care Specialist at Providence Medical Group, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional, comprehensive hospice care to patients and families in the Portland metro area.
\The ideal candidate will be a board-certified/board-eligible physician with expertise in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. You will join our interdisciplinary team as a clinical lead, providing bedside care for highly symptomatic patients and promoting a culture of trust and collaboration amongst all hospice disciplines.
\This per diem opportunity offers flexibility and variety, with a range of settings including outpatient clinics, community-based settings, and hospital privileges. As a member of our team, you will enjoy the support of malpractice/liability insurance coverage and have opportunities for professional growth and development.
\Your Work Environment
\Providence Medical Group is an organization of employed physicians, spanning more than 90 clinics across Oregon and Southwest Washington. Our team of 1,500+ providers encompasses a wide range of clinical expertise, including Family and Internal Medicine, Infectious Disease, Dermatology, and Occupational Medicine.
\In this role, you will contribute to our mission of providing compassionate care to all who need our services, especially the poor and vulnerable. With access to centralized programs and operational support, you will be empowered to deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment.
\Your Benefits
\We offer a competitive salary of $**220,000 - $300,000** annually, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Additionally, you will receive malpractice/liability insurance coverage and have access to ongoing education and training opportunities.
