FX Client Development & Support Team
We are in search of dynamic and intelligent professionals who possess a blend of technical acumen and business insight to join our Client Development & Support team. This team plays a crucial role in the integration of FlexTrade's software solutions with those of our clients and external banking or vendor systems. Team members engage with traders to gather requirements and implement effective trading workflows and strategies.


Key Responsibilities
As a member of the FX Client Development & Support team, your duties will include:

  • Designing and executing solutions for the integration of FlexTrade products with client systems, primarily utilizing C++ and/or Java.
  • Implementing and maintaining trading workflows and strategies tailored to client specifications.
  • Managing assigned client accounts and serving as their primary technical liaison.
  • Proposing product enhancements based on client interactions.
  • Creating and updating product user manuals and online documentation.


Essential Qualifications


• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.

• Proficient programming skills in C/C++ and/or Java.

• Basic database management skills.

• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems.

• Strong communication abilities.

• A self-motivated attitude with a desire to learn and excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of trading principles and the FIX protocol.
  • Experience with Order or Execution Management Systems.
