DevOps Engineer

CodePay Inc. is a pioneering payment solutions provider dedicated to revolutionizing the ISV payment landscape. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Assistant to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of our innovative payment hardware and SaaS solutions.

• User Support: Provide assistance to users with CodePay dashboard systems and payment applications, including troubleshooting, answering inquiries, and offering guidance and training.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with systems and devices, such as network connectivity problems, software bugs, and hardware malfunctions.
• Equipment Management: Manage the configuration, deployment, maintenance, and updates of IT equipment like computers, printers, and network devices to ensure operational efficiency.
• Software Installation and Updates: Install, configure, and update software applications to ensure compatibility and smooth operation.
• Security Management: Monitor and manage the security of IT systems, including firewalls, antivirus software, and security updates, while also providing security awareness training.
• Documentation and Knowledge Base Management: Maintain technical documentation and knowledge bases to facilitate self-help for users and improve support efficiency.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor system performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement to support decision-making processes.
• Project Participation: Participate in IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, or migrations, providing support and assistance as needed.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Strong interest and understanding of DevOps culture and tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration within a team, along with strong problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English with the capability to read and write technical documentation.
• Bilingual Mandarin for efficient communications with our manufacturing partner.

• A 6-month internship period.
