Guest Service:

As a Customer Service Representative at Golden Corral, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make our guests feel valued and appreciated. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, offering assistance, processing orders, and handling payments accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that our buffet and surrounding areas are tidy and well-stocked. Additionally, you will be expected to follow local health department laws and ensure that our restaurant meets the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Operational Excellence:
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes informing the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery, and ensuring that drawer balances are accurate. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant.
