This position involves collaborating with Department of Defense clients to verify information, analyze data from multiple sources, and deliver essential support for Afghan Special Immigrant Visa (ASIV) and Refugee Referral Processing.
Key Responsibilities (Hybrid/Remote)- Data Analysis & Validation: Facilitate the ASIV and Refugee Referral Processing by collecting, verifying, and transmitting data through online platforms. Ensure that all submissions are thorough and precise.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive assistance for the ASIV process, which includes managing communications with Afghan nationals' employers and liaising with the Department of State.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct investigations for cases needing additional documentation and generate detailed reports on program status, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Vendor Engagement: Onboard and instruct vendors on the effective use of the online portal, overseeing user accounts and ensuring adherence to system standards.
- Process Improvement: Propose and execute enhancements to processes to boost efficiency and accuracy in data management and system operations.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in requirements, process, or data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (Smartsheet preferred), SQL, and data visualization tools. Familiarity with statistical programming languages and data warehousing is advantageous.
- Clearance: Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record in data management and process enhancement initiatives.
