SASH Clinician

United Counseling Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SASH Clinician to join our team. As a key member of our SASH team, you will provide whole-person care coordination and support to individuals and the SASH population as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct individual therapeutic support through in-person, phone, and telehealth sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Assess, screen, and triage services to identify unaddressed needs and connect individuals with clinician and/or community resources and providers.
- Develop and lead group-based programs on mental health, substance use, aging, and other emotional needs.
- Collaborate with SASH staff, primary care, psychiatric, and other community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
- Licensed or on the roster of Non-licensed Non-certified Psychotherapists in Vermont.
- Valid Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.
