Job Title: SASH Clinician

Job Summary:
United Counseling Services is seeking a skilled SASH Clinician to join our team. As a SASH Clinician, you will provide whole-person care coordination and support to individuals and the SASH population as a whole. This role requires a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field, and licensure or certification in Vermont.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Service:
• Provide individual therapeutic support in-person, by phone, and through telehealth.
• Assess, screen, and triage services to identify unaddressed needs and connect individuals to resources and providers.
• Develop and lead group-based programs on mental health, substance use, aging, and emotional needs.

2. Care Coordination:
• Collaborate with SASH staff, primary care, psychiatric, and community partners to provide comprehensive care.

3. Consultation and Training:
• Provide training and consultation to SASH Coordinators and Wellness Nurses on mental illness, substance misuse, and social concerns.
• Develop and present trainings and workshops to UCS or SASH staff and other populations.

4. Administrative:
• Utilize SASH data management systems to collect and present outcome data.
• Complete timesheets and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.

Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Licensure or certification in Vermont.
• Valid Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.
