We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Captain to join our team at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. As an Aircraft Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft, while also providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flight Operations: Plan and execute flights, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Aircraft Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks and ensure that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Crew Management: Supervise and train flight crew members, ensuring they are properly qualified and prepared for flight.
- Logistics and Planning: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, including arranging for en-route support and filing flight plans.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year of flight time with a minimum of 2500 TT, 1000 PIC, and 500 Multi-engine turbine experience.
- Certifications and Licenses: First Class Medical Certificate, ATP required, CE-680 type-rating preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
