Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

At Atrium Hospitality, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for supervising maintenance staff and ensuring that work orders are completed in a timely manner according to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing building assets, including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and electrical systems.
  • Plan, schedule, and evaluate preventative maintenance programs.
  • Conduct room and equipment inspections to identify repair needs.
  • Ensure all associates have the proper supplies and equipment.
  • Coach and hold engineering associates accountable for their work.
  • Assist with scheduling associates and vendor proposals.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • One year of prior engineering/maintenance experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally.
  • Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
