Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Market Sales Associate to join our team in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide outstanding sales service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Product Preparation and Management: Prepare products for sale, maintain stock levels, and perform inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout the department.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues, communicate effectively with management, and participate in team efforts to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, including ability to read and understand information, and take direction from supervision.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of deli and chicken kitchen operations, ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements, and effective communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
