Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sales Lead Generator / In-Store Promoter to join our team. As a Sales Lead Generator, you will work directly with our partnered National Big Box Retail Home Improvement Stores to speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings. Your goal will be to generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up, with one of our industry experts taking over from there.

Responsibilities:

* Work independently, representing our brand inside of our partner retail locations
* Speak with customers about heating and cooling upgrades, air quality improvements, and energy savings
* Generate leads for a Free, In-Home Consultation or sell a home performance tune-up
* Collaborate with our industry experts to provide solutions to customers

What We Offer:

* Hourly Pay of $17 and Bonus / Commission Structure equals potential for $25 per hour or more
* Part-time & full-time positions open
* Weekends and some holidays are required

Requirements:

* Ability to work independently and represent our brand
* Sales experience preferred, but an outgoing personality will certainly work in place of experience
* Ability to put in extra hours and weekends when needed
